Q:

Every time I open WetPaint filters I get an error message that "FishBowl" is not a filter.

A:

The FishBowl filter was named incorrectly, to fix this:

1. Quit WetPaint.
2. Click to select the WetPaint application icon.
3. In the Workspace Manager, choose Open as Folder from the File menu.
4. Click to select the FishBowlFilter.bundle and choose Open as Folder from the File menu.
5. Click to select FishBowl and rename it FishBowlFilter.
6. Relaunch WetPaint.
