Q:

Why does Diagram! fail on opening my Taskmaster document as a PERT chart?

A:

Usually, this means there's an Ampersand "&" in the filename. The filter that opens the PERT chart in Diagram! gets confused by these.

Install the latest filterservicer, available from our ftp site and this will no longer occur.
