Is there any way to itemize expenses?

A:

There is no way to do itemize expenses , like Lunch Expenses directly, but you could create an infinite Expense Lunches resource with a $/use of 1. When you assign it to a task, you could enter the cost of the lunch in the # cell of the assignment entry. The collected assignment entries underneath the resource would then basic itemize the expenses for Expense Lunches, and the total cost of Expense Lunches would appear in the Total Cost cell of the Expense Lunches resource.
