Q:

How can I get rid of the extra days/months/years on either side when I print out the Gantt?

A:

In TaskMaster 1.7 we have implemented a feature which lets you specify a date range while printing the Gantt chart.

In TaskMaster 1.5 and 1.6, do a Select All on tasks, and then Copy Graphic, then paste into Diagram (or other drawing package, or even Mail) and print from there. It will take off some of the extra on either side, but it will also not print the gray bars.
