Where is it getting the "Actual Start On:" date in the Project Inspector?
A:
The Actual Start On: date is separate from all of the data on the spreadsheet, similar to the project start date. Once it is set it can not be changed anywhere except the panel. It is set by taking the start of the actual scenario being editted when the first actual value is set. This is different from the project date when the project is end on.
