Q:

What do I have to do to import Improv .imp files?

A:

You need to export to .imx from Improv first, then choose Open from the Document menu in Quantrix and open the .imx file.

If the .imx files do not show up in the Open panel, you don't have the FilterServicer installed.

FilterServicer.service is available on our ftp site. It needs to be installed in /LocalLibrary/Services or ~Library/Services. You will need to log out and then in again for newly installed Services to work.
