Just last week OmniWeb starting acting strangely on our network. We have a 4 user license at this time and have either purchased or are purchasing more licenses. When I installed OmniWeb on our server, everything was fine. The license registered successfully and showed up as a four user license, graphics downloaded successfully, we could connect to other sites, etc.
However, just last week the application began to complain of too many users--even when there were less then four. I checked the license panel on the application and it only showed a single user license. The four user license had disappeared!
As root, I tried to register our license again, but the application rejected the license number saying it was invalid. I then rebooted the server thinking that maybe that would restart a license server that might have died. I checked again. Same thing--one user license was listed, and I couldn't register our license.

Open the app wrapper, remove the RegInfo.RegInfo file, and re-license the product.
