Q:

Is there a way to save to gif with transparency in OmniImage.app? When I tried it, the transparency turns to black.

A:

OmniImage doesn't currently support writing gifs with transparency, only viewing them.

The shareware application GifOmatic 1.2 converts .tiff to .gif and maintains transparency.
