Frequently Asked Questions

Q:

I am using the "Save To" command in Diagram saving my pictures in .eps format. I have reduced my drawing by 50% and it appears like this on screen and on the printer. However, if I bring my .eps file into an Edit file, the drawing is full size. In Diagram 1 the enclosure would have been 50%. Why is that?

A:

In Diagram!1.1, if you resize the document via Page Layout or Zoom, and then save to EPS, the EPS reflects the onscreen size of the document; however, in Diagram!2.0 neither the Page Layout nor Zoom affect the size of saved EPS.

You should resize the drawing by dragging it's resize handles and not through Page Layout or Zoom.
