Why is the Info Panel blank in Diagram!2.1 running under NEXTSTEP 3.0?

A:

This problem stems from an incompatibility between NeXTStep 3.0 and applications built under 3.1. NeXTStep 3.0 does not have full fat binary support, so what are referred to as "loadable modules" will not appear unless you are running 3.1.

Fortunately, our Info panel is the only such loadable module, so everything else should work as expected.
