The error you've seen is a result of some rather confused interaction between our network license management software and the netmsg server in NeXTSTEP 3.0. There are actually two consequences of this interaction: first, you get the error in your console, and second, Concurrence can take a long time to quit. We're well aware of the problem, and it will be fixed as soon as we release a 3.0-specific version of Concurrence.
